Loss Prevention Assistant


The Loss Prevention Team provide service and support 7 days a week. This is a varied role working independently supporting staff and preventing theft or disruption in-store.

This role covers the following duties:

  • Conducting patrol checks in-store
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Record keeping and report writing
  • Use of Auror System
  • Aiding customers in-store
  • Assist in training staff in-store on Loss Prevention

The successful candidate/s will have the following experience:

  • Industry experience in Loss Prevention
  • Confident in decision making under pressure
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in handling challenging people and situations
  • Understand that confidentiality is imperative.

This role is approximately 24 hours from Friday to Monday, 2.45pm - 9.15pm.

This position could either suit 1 person or could be split between 2 candidates.
