LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER – PAK’nSAVE MASTERTON
PAK’nSAVE Masterton is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Loss Prevention Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in helping protect our customers, team members, and store while contributing to a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional loss prevention presence throughout the store
- Help prevent and reduce theft, loss, and security incidents
- Monitor store activity and identify potential loss prevention concerns
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents
- Work closely with store management and team members
- Monitor CCTV and security systems where required
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation
- Support a safe and positive shopping environment for customers and staff
Previous loss prevention or security experience preferred
- Current New Zealand Certificate of Approval (COA) or relevant security licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Customer-service focused
📍 Location: PAK’nSAVE Masterton
📅 Days: Tuesday – Saturday
🕑 Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🤝 Roster: Negotiable for the right candidate
