Loss Prevention Officer/Security

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensuring the safety and security of each and every customer and member of our team
  
• Routine floor walks throughout the interior and exterior of the store
• Documenting activity
• Completing daily reports using MS Office
• Building relationships with our local NZ Police team

• Maintaining relationships with the wider store management team to achieve the very best results

Who are we looking for? To be successful in this role you are someone who:

• Brings with them at least 2 years’ s experience in a similar loss prevention role
• Has a genuine passion for security of the store, our teams and our customers

• Must have a clean Ministry of Justice criminal conviction check
• Is physically fit and can meet the requirements of the role
• Has a full, clean drivers license
• Can communicate extremely well with people from all walks of life
• Holds School Certificate maths and English or equivalent
• Is self-motivated

• Takes pride in their work 
• Can confidently use a computer (although some training will be given)
• Enjoys working within in a team and contributing the store’s direction
• Has demonstrated the ability to successfully work under pressure and remain calm 
• Has an eye for detail and never forgets a face
• Has attended Armed hold-up training is an advantage
• All applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa with no restrictions (with at least 12 months remaining).
