About the Role: As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security of our store. Your responsibilities will include monitoring CCTV systems, handling security issues discreetly, store walk throughs and providing top-notch customer service. You'll also be coaching our staff on loss prevention practices, ensuring compliance with store policies and legislative requirements.

Start date: week commencing 27th July 2026

Vacancies:

Position 1- Sunday/ Monday 9:30am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 6pm-10pm

Position 2- Friday/Saturday 6pm-10pm

Position 3- Sunday/ Monday 3:30pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and oversee all aspects of store security.
• Monitor CCTV equipment and respond to potential security threats.
• Handle conflicts and security issues with a calm and professional manner.
• Provide quality customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
• Coach and guide staff on best practices for loss prevention.
• Assisting other departments to maintain their areas.
• Walking the shopfloor
• Facial recognition

• Previous experience in retail loss prevention and CCTV monitoring.
