We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic team member to join our awesome Produce Department!

At New World Green Bay, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality produce 🍓🥬 and outstanding customer service every single day. You’ll be joining a hardworking, supportive team that loves what they do and works together to keep our department looking fresh, full, and inviting for our customers.

🌽 Your Main Duties Will Include:

• Replenishing fresh produce stock
• Lifting and moving produce crates (some can be heavy 💪)
• Helping customers with friendly service 😊
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times
• Keeping the department clean, tidy, and well-presented 🍊

🕒 Days & Hours:

• Monday: 17.00-22.00
• Tuesday: 12.00-22.00
• Sunday:  15.00-22.00

🍇 What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit – you’ll be on your feet all day
• Comfortable regularly lifting heavy crates (15kg+)
• Fast on your feet and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Customer service focused with a friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and dependable – we’re a close-knit team and value people we can count on
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Able to cope with the seasonal demands of working in Produce 🍉
