About the Role: As our Dry Goods
Manager, you will spearhead the operations of the Grocery, Liquor, General
Merchandise, and Chilled & Frozen departments. You'll drive efficiency in
stock replenishment, nurture talent, and collaborate with Senior Managers to
curate product ranges that exceed customer expectations while aligning with
financial objectives. Your role as a Senior Leader will be pivotal in enhancing
the overall performance of our store, all while prioritizing Health &
Safety and HR practices.
Qualifications and
Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership experience within the
supermarket industry.
- Proficiency in planning, organization, and time
management.
- A knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Stellar communication skills to engage and influence
stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
- Physical fitness to actively engage with team members.
- Forklift or Reach Truck experience is preferred.
Working Hours: This is a full-time
position, requiring 45 hours per week, scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday.
