Night Fill Supervisors
We’re excited to announce that New World Te Atatū will be opening its doors week commencing 10thAugust 2026, offering a new full-service modern supermarket and creating 90 new roles for the Peninsula.
We’re now looking for Night Fill Supervisors who take pride in leading by example and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role plays a key part in a brand‑new store, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, standards are met, and the store is ready to impress our customers each morning. Your organization, reliability, and ability to guide the team on shift will help set strong foundations from day one.
This role will require you to work night shifts (E.G 9pm-5:00am) and will include an unsocialable hours allowance.
Te Tūranga – About the role
- Supervise the Night Fill team, driving efficiency and ensuring health & safety is adhered to.
- Ensure the displays/shelves are appropriately stocked, and relevant merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure appropriate stock rotation policy adhered to.
- Bring stock from the storeroom as required.
- Undertaking additional housekeeping as required (e.g. sweeping the floors, dealing with spills and breakages, cleaning shelves etc.
- Ensure the aisles are kept clear of rubbish and blockages at all times allowing for clear customer access.

- You’ll have an understanding of inventory management and stock control, ideally within a retail setting.
- Ready to step into a supervisory role with the ability to build strong relationships with your team and communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to Health & Safety and team wellbeing.
- Valid forklift license.
- Great attitude and an always-improving mindset.
