Office Admin Support Person


New Plymouth New World is a locally owned supermarket in the Taranaki Region.

The Role:

We are looking for a Superstar Administration Support Person. This is a part-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, leading the day-to-day office functions and in store customer enquiries.  Duties include:

Qualitative Factors - preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

 

  • Have the ability to work efficiently, effectively and encourage in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to be a self-starter, initiator and willingness to develop
  • Have a high motivation level, a drive to achieve results, and add value to the store and customer needs
  • Have to be reliable, honest, positive and show integrity
  • Have a professional personal appearance
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Cashier processes and cash handling
  • Experience in Fiori/SAP operations - Pay Global (or similar), PAYE, GST, GRIR, Credits, Receipting, Parked Invoices, Accounting skills, etc.
  • Customer service and undertaking general office duties
