Admin Support – Four Square Marsden Cove
Four Square Marsden Cove is looking for an Administration and Compliance Support superstar to join our friendly, community-focused team! As a locally owned and operated store, we pride ourselves on delivering the very best for our customers. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll need to be confident multitasking, working independently, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting compliance and store processes
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Processing invoices
* General office administration

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous administration experience
* Intermediate–advanced computer skills, including strong Excel knowledge
* SAP experience (training will be provided)
* Basic accounting knowledge
* Customer service experience
