Office Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, coordinate staff, and implement office policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Office Operations: oversee all aspects of office administration, including Payroll, Credit control and accounts payable. Supervision and rostering of office staff and office task allocation
- Support the team: Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, managing email, and preparing reports
- Manage Office supplies and equipment: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Maintain records and databases: Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with HR tasks: Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing employee records. Prepare personnel development plans and training for office staff
- Problem solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to a positive work environment: Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Job requirement: Applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Diploma or above qualification in relevant field is required OR
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day
- Payglobal or other Payroll, SAP experience is desirable
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving

This is a full time (40 hours week) permanent position. Minimum hourly rate $30/hour-Maximum $35/hour
