Online 2IC - NW Stonefields

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on Online Assistant Manager to join our busy Online team at New World Stonefields.

Our Online department is fast-paced, energetic and all about teamwork. We need someone who is ready to jump in, lead from the front, support the Online Manager and help the team deliver an awesome experience for our customers – every single order!

You’ll be right in the action alongside the team, helping to coordinate the day, keep orders flowing, solve problems as they pop up and make sure everything is picked, packed and ready to go accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Online Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
• Leading, supporting and motivating the Online team
• Keeping the team organised and orders moving during busy periods
• Making sure orders are picked and packed accurately and presented to a high standard
• Monitoring order flow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Helping with rostering and making sure we have the right people in the right places
• Managing stock availability and working confidently with our in-store systems
• Delivering great customer service and sorting out any issues quickly
• Maintaining high Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Jumping in wherever needed – including helping with customer deliveries!

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous supervisory or leadership experience – ideally in retail, logistics or customer service
• Loves being part of a team and leading from the front
• Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Is organised and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Is confident using systems and technology
• Has great attention to detail – accuracy really matters in Online!
• Is a great communicator who can support, coach and motivate others
• Is reliable, adaptable and calm when things get busy
• Has a genuine “can-do” attitude and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Holds a current Driver Licence and is happy to help with deliveries when needed
