We’re looking for a motivated and organised Online Shopping 2IC to support the day-to-day operations of our online department and help deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

As the Online Shopping 2IC, you’ll work closely with the Online Manager to ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time. You’ll help lead the team, maintain high standards, and step up when the Manager is unavailable.

You will lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately and efficiently processing online orders and effectively resolving customer issues.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Online Shopping Manager in daily operations
• Supervise and guide team members during shifts
• Ensure online orders are picked accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store standards, food safety, and quality control
• Assist with rostering, training, and performance support
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Detail focused we strive for 100% accuracy for all our orders.
• Fast on your feet you'll need to move around the store quickly to keep up.
• Highly organized efficiency will be your key to success.
• Customer service driven treat each shop like it's your own.
• Physically fit - you'll be on your feet all day.
• Reliable and punctual we're a small team & you'll be missed if you're not here.

Hours:

Sunday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm = 40hrs
