Online Assistant – Full Time

Are you someone who enjoys driving, helping people, and working as part of a busy team?

New World Tawa is looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Online Assistant to join our Online Shopping team.

This role is rostered Sunday to Thursday and involves picking and packing online grocery orders, providing excellent customer service, and delivering orders to our customers.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a full and clean New Zealand Driver Licence
• Has the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Is fit and comfortable with the physical demands of the role
• Has great time management and attention to detail
• Can work confidently and independently
• Enjoys helping and interacting with customers
• Is reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Has retail or supermarket experience, particularly working with fresh or perishable products, although this is an advantage rather than essential
