We at New World Carterton have an exciting opportunity for 2x talented Customer Service Super Stars to join our store as a part time Online Assistant.
About the role:
We are looking for someone who can ensure all the tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make a repeat online purchase whilst achieving targets set by the Online Manager.
The successful applicant will:
- Have the ability to prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines.
- Be physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Have excellent customer service experience.
- Have a good basic computer and maths skills.
- Be flexible and driven with a strong work ethic and an excellent attitude.
The days and hours:
Role 1: Sunday to Wednesday, 6am to 10am (20 hours per week)
Role 2: Wednesday to Saturday, 6am to 10am (20 hours per week)
