Online Assistant

At New World Brookfield, we're committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our Online Shopping team as an Online Picker / Delivery Driver.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Depending on business needs, you will spend your shift either picking and packing customer orders in-store or delivering orders to customers in the community. Flexibility and a willingness to work across both areas are essential.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday - 34 Hours Per Week

Please note: you MUST have a valid full, Clean New Zealand drivers Licence for this role.

If you enjoy driving and interacting with customers and can provide exceptional customer service then this is the job for you.

What We're Looking For:

• Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Physically fit and able to safely lift and move grocery orders.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to work across online shopping, delivery duties, and other areas of the store as required.
• Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Competent in basic computer skills
• Work well in a team environment
