Our Online team runs a tight ship. Every order is carefully picked, packed and prepared to the highest standard before it reaches our customers. We're looking for team members who are reliable, hardworking and take ownership of their work. Part-Time Online Assistant

Friday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm

Saturday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm

Full-Time Online Assistant

Sunday – Thursday

1:00pm – 9:30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking and packing customer grocery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Selecting the freshest, highest-quality products every time.
• Communicating with customers regarding substitutions and out-of-stock items.
• Preparing orders for collection and delivery within strict timeframes.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.
• Working collaboratively with the wider store to ensure every customer receives an outstanding online shopping experience.

• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift.
• Previous supermarket, retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
