As an Online Assistant/Picker/Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their online shopping experience. You'll meticulously select and pick pack orders, ensuring accuracy and freshness while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handpick items from the store shelves according to customer specifications.
- Pick pack orders efficiently and neatly, ensuring items are handled with care to maintain quality.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Uphold cleanliness and store standards in the picking area to create a safe and pleasant working environment.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Positions:
- Sunday & Monday 8am – 5.30pm and Friday: 4pm – 8.30pm
- Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 4pm – 8.30pm
