We're looking for an ambitious leader ready to take ownership of one of the fastest-growing and most exciting areas of our business! Our Online Click & Collect department has experienced incredible growth; expanding from 9 team members to 22 in just 12 months. What was once a small operation is now a significant part of our store and represents one of our biggest opportunities for future growth.

This isn't just another management role. This is your chance to lead a large, high-performing team, influence the future direction of online retail within our business, and make a genuine impact on the customer experience. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll have the autonomy, support, and resources to continue building a department with enormous potential.

About the Role:

As Online Click & Collect Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a busy and growing department. You'll inspire and develop your team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be just as comfortable coaching your team, managing performance and planning resources as you are jumping in to support the operation during busy periods. Tuesday to Saturday roster currently, but open for discussion. The role is currently slated for a Tuesday to Saturday roster to fit best operationally, but we are open to negotiation here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 20+ team members
  • Drive productivity, efficiency and service standards across the department
  • Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, processed and completed accurately and on time
  • Manage rostering, labour planning and leave approvals to ensure operational requirements are met
  • Recruit, train and develop future leaders within the team
  • Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety and company standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supermarket or retail leadership experience (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching ability
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Energy, initiative and a willingness to lead from the front
  • Someone excited by growth, change and continuous improvement
