Online Delivery Driver – New World Onerahi

New World Onerahi is a busy, community‑focused supermarket proudly serving Onerahi and the wider Parua Bay / Whangārei Heads area.
We’re a small but high‑volume store, backed by a friendly, tight‑knit team of around 65 people, and we’re looking for a reliable Online Delivery Driver to join us.

About the role

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be delivering online orders to our customers in one of our company vans, providing friendly, professional service at every doorstep.

When you’re not out on delivery, you’ll be working as part of our Dry Goods team, supporting liquor, grocery, and frozen departments by helping get stock from inwards goods onto the shelf.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online orders safely, accurately, and on time
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
• Load and unload orders with care and attention to quality
• Drive responsibly and represent the New World brand professionally in the community
• Support the Dry Goods team when not on delivery
• Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures

What we’re looking for

• A clean Restricted or Full NZ driver’s licence
• Confident and safe driving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented
• Friendly, professional, and customer‑focused
• Physically fit and happy with a hands‑on role
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours & pay

• Permanent role – approx. 35 hours per week
• Roster: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• Pay rate: $24.50 per hour
