Are you organized, customer-focused, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and ready to lead a busy Online Shopping team? 

New World Papatoetoe is looking for a full-time Online Manager to lead our Online Shopping department and ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.

About the Role

• Lead, motivate, and support the Online Shopping team
• Manage daily online operations, rosters, productivity, and KPIs
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries
• Work closely with other departments to maintain product availability
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and department presentation
• Be hands-on and assist with picking, packing, and deliveries when required

What We're Looking For

• A practical leader who leads by example
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership, online shopping, or grocery experience is preferred
• Good computer skills
• Full New Zealand Driver License
• Physically able to work in a busy retail environment
