We're preparing to launch our brand-new Online Click & Collect Department, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to help bring this exciting part of the business to life. About the Role

As Online Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful setup, operation, and growth of our new Click & Collect department. You'll lead the team, manage daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive performance through strong leadership and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires energy, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the establishment and ongoing operation of the Online Click & Collect department.
• Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
• Managing daily online order fulfilment to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and continually looking for ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring excellent stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience with every order.
• Driving department performance through strong planning, organisation, and execution.
• Working closely with store leadership to grow and develop the online business.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, health and safety, and operational compliance.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an Online, eCommerce, Personal Shopper, or Click & Collect leadership role.
