The Role:
This position includes both the Online Personal Shopping aspect in-store and the Home Delivery service
The Home Delivery Driver is the stores ambassador and is required to deliver a customers Online Shopping order to their home on a nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest level of excellent customer service.
The driver needs to ensure that all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner, thereby encouraging customers to make repeat online purchases. When not delivering the driver will join the picking team in-store.
The Personal Shopper (or picker!) will be required to assist the team to plan and organise the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online customer.
The Successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
- A strong "customer-focus" and make decisions that best serve our customers
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Thrive in a fast paced retail environment
- Be physically fit and able to meet the requirements of the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid full, clean New Zealand Drivers License
The Position:
The Online Personal Shopper / Home Delivery Agent is a full-time, permanent position, totaling 40 hours per week.
Sunday - Thursday roster, 9.00am - 5.00pm daily
