Online Personal Shopper

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Personal Shopper, you'll be responsible for picking and packing online grocery orders with care and accuracy. But this isn’t your average shopping trip — this role is physically demanding and requires you to:

• Push heavy trolleys and flat decks full of groceries

   

   

• Lift and load lockers — some above shoulder height — continuously throughout your shift (up to 20kg!)

   

   

• Work with precision and speed to make sure customers get exactly what they ordered

   

   

• Provide excellent service from behind the scenes

   

   

This role is full-time working the following roster:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 6:30pm, Sunday 5am - 1:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Delivering high levels of customer service
• Collecting each item ordered using a scanner and following the online app
• Outstanding presentation of products
• Taking packed orders out to the lockers for customers to collect at specified intervals throughout the day

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who loves shopping for groceries!  You will be proactive, reliable, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented and able to multi-task, with a high level of professionalism and an outstanding presentation of products.

• Able to handle a high pressure environment
• Great time management
• Physical strong and able to lift up to 20kgs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
