Online Personal Shopper

PAK'nSAVE Tamatea are on the lookout for reliable, energetic team members to join our Online Shopping team on a part time contract. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and want to help make life easier for our customers, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position requires exceptional customer service skills and well as shopping and product knowledge. We are looking for someone who will take pride in collecting items purchased online, who will treat the shopping as their own.  You must be able to provide our community with a "personal shopping service" offering the ultimate experience in shopping to the very highest standard.  If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys a physical job, and loves delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Shifts & Availability:

We’re hiring team members on a part-time contract, with the ability to pick up more hours as our demand continues to increase. 

Our current rosters range between 8 and 22 hours for the week. Simply outline your availability in your cover letter - and we can discuss potential rosters!

• Flexibility is key – our roster can be changed based on demand, and all applicants must be able to work at least one weekend day. 
• Please note, these rosters are not suitable for High school students

Responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Delivering high levels of customer service
• Collecting each item ordered using a scanner and following the online app
• Outstanding presentation of products

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who loves shopping for groceries!  You will be proactive, reliable, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented and able to multi-task, with a high level of professionalism and an outstanding presentation of products.

• Extremely reliable and punctual
• Have a high attention to detail
• Process orientated
• Able to handle a high pressure environment
• Great time management
• Physical strong and able to lift up to 20kgs
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
