In addition to delivering excellent customer service, they will be responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting items for customers. Punctuality is essential, as reliability is a key component of this role. 

The Role

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Team Work, punctuality and reliability
• Dealing with customer enquiries, including phone and email
• Loading and unloading orders - Heavy lifting
• Using a computer and/or tablet
• Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help the overall quality of the online shopping experience

Position:
