Join our Team

We’re looking for two enthusiastic, part-time team members with a passion for customer service and a sharp eye for detail to join our online team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love meeting deadlines, and take pride in managing your time well, you’ll fit right in. In this role, you’ll ensure every order is picked with care and accuracy, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Reliability and punctuality are a must, we count on each other to make every day a success!

The Role

• Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Teamwork, punctuality and reliability
• Dealing with customer enquiries, including phone and email
• Loading and unloading orders - Heavy lifting
• Using a computer and/or tablet
• Assisting in other departments when there are no orders
• Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help the overall quality of the online shopping experience

Shifts & Availability

We have two fantastic part-time roles available:

• Position 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, 10am – 4pm (27.5 hours/week)
• Position 2( hybrid role Online/ Checkout): Wednesday and Thursday, 1:30pm – 9:30pm and Saturday 1:30-9.30pm (22.5 hours/week).
