Online Personal Shopper

We are currently looking for a people to assist with Click & Collect.

The role involves:

• To assist with the day to day picking and packing of online orders for the Online shopping department in accordance with best practice policies and procedures.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeated online purchases.
• Know how to handle Online customer enquiries/complaints.
• Assist with housekeeping/cleaning responsibilities and schedules for Staging Area and Online equipment.

Hours/Days – Part Time Positions

Position One:

Monday 12pm – 4pm

Sunday 6am – 10am

Position Two:

Friday 11am – 6.30pm

Saturday 6am – 2pm

Position Three:

Thursday 12pm – 6.30pm

Sunday 6am – 12pm
