Online Shopper / Online Support Team Member

1 Full-time | 1 Part-time Position Available

At New World Rototuna, we are passionate about delivering service that goes above and beyond our customers’ expectations. We are currently seeking two motivated Online Shoppers / Online Support team members to join our high-performing online team.

You’ll be part of a committed, friendly, and customer-focused team that takes pride in delivering outstanding service to hundreds of valued online customers every day. As an Online Shopper, your role will involve accurately picking and processing online orders, with occasional assistance in deliveries.

This is a fast-paced and demanding role. We consistently rank in the top 5 within the group, and that success comes from dedication, focus, and genuine care for our customers. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys a challenge and thrives under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Full driver’s licence (delivery support required at times)
• Excellent customer service skills – assisting both online and in-store customers
• Good basic maths skills and confidence using computers
• Physically fit, with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive approach
• Reliable and dependable – our close-knit team counts on you
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
• Commitment to maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Flexible and adaptable – this is not a “clock-watching” role
• Experience working in a Supermarket is advantageous
• You're a morning person - shifts start at 4.00am and 5.00am
