Online Shopper

At New World Havelock North, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality products to our community. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Online Shoppers to join our growing team.

As an Online Shopper, you will be responsible for carefully selecting and packing customer orders to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and presentation.

This is a full-time role.

Days and hours are:

Mon: 6am-3pm

Tues: 8am-5pm

Wed: OFF

Thurs: 8am-5pm

Fri: 8am-5pm

Sat: OFF

Sun: 6am-3pm

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online grocery orders accurately and efficiently
• Select fresh, high-quality items as if shopping for yourself
• Meet order deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service when required
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

🎯 Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous retail or online shopping experience is advantageous (training provided)
• Full, valid New Zealand driver’s licence required
