Online Shopping Assistant/Delivery Driver - Full Time
New World Birkenhead's Online Shopping and delivery is in high demand; therefore we are seeking to add another Online Shopping Assistant/Delivery Driver to our team. We seek a customer focused, friendly and self-motivated person.
The role is full time; 42.5hrs/week; Tuesday to Saturday: 1:00pm to 10:00pm
Responsibilities include accurately picking and packing our customers online orders then delivering their orders to their homes; following procedures to ensure food safety/health & safety and sale of liquor legislative requirements are met; you will also be assisting our Fulfillment team (Chilled, Frozens, Grocery, Liquor, Trolley collection) when the Online picking and delivery is complete.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our customer service is second-to-none therefore we seek that person who has excellent customer service skills and is able to communicate and build a positive and professional relationship with our online customers to ensure that the Online Shopping department remains successful.
The nature of this role can be physical therefore we require someone who is physically fit and has a Full, valid and clean New Zealand Drivers Licence.
