Online Shopping Manager

An opportunity has become available to Manage our Online Shopping Team.

This is an exciting time in the industry with Online Shopping increasing all the time.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World.

You will be joining a friendly and customer-focused team that looks after hundreds of our valued online customers.

As the manager you will be responsible for coordinating all tasks related to Online Shopping for your team, as well as participating in the picking and doing deliveries.

Here's what you'll need:

• drivers license – you’ll be able to get out and about doing deliveries
• high level of task commitment
• Able to manage the various demands of managing a team.
• a fast-learner
• good command of written and spoken English
• excellent customer service skills
• good basic Maths and sound computer skills
• the ability to prioritize and multitask consistently to meet deadlines
• physically fit with the endurance to stand and walk for long hours
• Customer service driven – you’ll spend a lot of time helping our customers
• Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
• Have a good work ethic
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.

What's in it for you?

• Permanent full time hours with early starts essential.  Days of work will be either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
