  • Do you have previous experience leading people, providing support, stability and continuity in the team in the Managers absence?

     

    We are looking for a special person to lead our Online Shopping Click and Collect Service. You will have demonstrated skills for planning and executing the day to day operations of the department to meet our service requirements. You will show leadership from the front, and challenge and motivate our Online shopping team to meet and exceed their targets. 

    The team needs to accurately complete orders in a given timeframe to meet our customers expectations, encouraging customers to use our online service again and again. So planning, organizing and supporting the team are key aspects along with being prepared to jump in and pick orders yourself.

    You will need to be an excellent communicator to ensure the game plan is clearly communicated to staff each day, be fit, have a sound basic knowledge of our supermarket and an excellent work ethic.

    Days of work will be Sunday to Thursday. The hours will be discussed at interviews. Some flexibility is required to cover staff absences.
