Operations Manager – PAK’nSAVE Masterton

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our store and ensure exceptional standards across all departments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, lead, and organise store operations to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Ensure stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships are managed effectively.
• Implement PAK’nSAVE initiatives, promotions, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise and coach Managers, fostering a positive and productive culture.
• Champion health, safety, and food safety standards across the store.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and the local community.

• Proven leadership experience in FMCG or retail operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and food safety standards.
• Computer literacy and solid problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and ready for a fast-paced environment.
