PAK'nSAVE Albany | Duty Manager

We are looking for an experienced and confident Duty Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the store during allocated shifts, with a strong focus on compliance, team leadership, and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead store operations during Duty Manager shifts
• Act as the Person in Charge under the store’s Liquor Licence
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety, and company policies
• Support and supervise teams across the store
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Respond to incidents and make sound operational decisions

• Current LCQ and Liquor Licence (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Proven leadership experience, ideally within supermarket or retail
• Strong decision‑making and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable and committed to a Wednesday–Saturday afternoon/evening roster
