We’re looking for a skilled and safety‑focused HoistDriver to support our Nightfill operation. You’ll help keep stock moving so the team can replenish efficiently throughout the night. If you take pride in doing things properly and enjoy working at pace, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating the hoist safely and confidently
• Supporting the Nightfill team with pallet breakdowns and stock movement
• Keeping back‑store areas organised, tidy, and hazard‑free
• Helping maintain efficient workflows to meet nightly targets
• Working closely with the team to keep the store ready for the next day’s trade

What we’re looking for

• A current OSH/Hoist licence (essential)
• Strong awareness of safety and store procedures
• A positive, reliable, can‑do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, physically active environment
• Experience in Nightfill or retail environments is an advantage — full training provided
