Hoist Driver

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and safety focused Hoist Driver to support our Nightfill operation. You’ll play a key role in keeping stock moving, ensuring the team can replenish shelves efficiently and safely throughout the night. This role will primarily involve operating a counterbalance forklift and supporting the Nightfill team with stock movement throughout the store.

What you’ll be doing

·  Operating the hoist safely and confidently to move stock

·  Supporting the Nightfill team with pallet breakdowns and stock movement

·  Keeping back of store areas organised, tidy, and hazard free

·  Helping maintain efficient workflows to meet nightly targets

·  Working closely with the team to keep the store ready for the next day’s trade

What we’re looking for

·  A current OSH/Hoist licence (essential)

·  Strong awareness of safety and store procedures

·  A positive, reliable, can-do attitude

·  Someone who thrives in a fast paced, physically active environment

·  Experience in Nightfill or retail environments is an advantage — full training provided where needed

Roster:

Night Shift (42 hours per week)

Sunday – Wednesday | 8.00pm – 7.00am
