PAK'nSAVE Albany | Seafood Manager


PAK'nSAVE Albany is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Seafood Manager to lead our Seafood Department. We're looking for someone who is committed to meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers while continually identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve the offer, and take the department to the next level. This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact, not simply maintain the status quo.

About the Role

As Seafood Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring excellent product quality, presentation, food safety, team performance, and financial results. You'll lead by example, developing your team while driving sales, controlling costs, and creating a department that customers choose to shop in again and again.

Roster:

Tuesday to Saturday
6:30am - 4:30pm

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supermarket, FMCG, or retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for fresh food and exceptional customer service
  • A growth mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Someone who understands customer needs and can adapt the department offer accordingly
  • Experience leading teams and developing people to achieve their potential
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
