New World Albany is seeking an experienced Butcher or Knife Hand to join our busy Butchery Team. This role would suit someone who:

• Has butchery or knife-hand experience
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in producing quality products
• Is reliable, self-motivated, and works well within a team
• May be looking for supplementary income or work-life balance rather than a full-time position

The Role

You will assist with the day-to-day operation of our Butchery Department, preparing and presenting high-quality meat products while helping deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous butcher or knife-hand experience
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A good level of physical fitness

Hours: Sunday & Monday: 5:00am - 1:30pm

Additional shifts and hours may be available for the right candidate.
