Part Time Floor Customer Service Role
Gilmours Manukau is a family owned and operated business and is part of the Foodstuffs co-operative group.
We are the foodservice provider you can trust, selling food and beverages to people who get paid to feed people.
We are looking for another customer focused superstar to join our team.
We are all about people and you must be too to be successful in this role.

The Role
Primarily this role is there for the customer. Our customers are busy and often want to get in and out or have specific products questions.
That stuff we can train you on as long as you have the right customer focus. In between customers you will be assisting to keep the store standards maintained and making sure our products are in danger of being sold.
This will include tasks such as,
- Filling any stock gaps.
- Ensuring all the products have tickets that are correct, in good condition and that the product is in the right place.
- Check that stock is rotated and in the right date order.
- Get to know all areas of the store and products offered so you can be the customers One Stop Shop.
- Working across departments when required including checkouts as back up.
- Make sure that our box bay and trolley bay are full.
- Have some fun.
- Good command of written / spoken English
- Previous check out and or stock handling experience would be a bonus but not essential
- Physically fit and healthy
- Able to lift up to 25kg
- Experienced Licensed Reach Operator
