Join our Team

Join our team as a Price Integrity Coordinator and ensure every product is correctly priced. In this key role, you’ll use our systems to keep pricing information up to date, monitor and audit pricing accuracy, and work closely with other teams to implement price changes and resolve any discrepancies. You’ll also help manage point-of-sale materials, maintain the scale system for fresh food PLUs, and ensure all tickets and signage are always accurate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products are correctly priced in-store and online throughout all trading hours
  • Use appropriate systems to maintain and update pricing information
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) ordering, storage, and distribution of marketing materials onsite
  • Maintain the scale system for fresh food PLUs and ensure compliance with store policy
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements regarding product pricing
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the ESL system and stay updated on ticketing trends
  • Work closely with colleagues in merchandising, IT, and compliance to implement price changes and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain store social media where required
  • Respond promptly to any pricing queries or issues raised by staff or customers
  • Liaise and communicate with Foodstuffs and industry suppliers
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with SAP and pricing systems preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities

Shifts & Availability

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility will be required to support key business needs, such as stocktakes, system updates, or special promotions.
