Price Integrity / GM Manager & Social Media Support.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and detail-focused individual to join our busy supermarket team as a Price Integrity / GM Manager with additional responsibility for assisting with the store's social media presence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines retail operations, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and customer engagement through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Price Integrity

  • Ensure all pricing throughout the store is accurate and compliant.
  • Manage promotional price changes and weekly ticketing.
  • Conduct regular price audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain pricing systems and procedures to a high standard.

General Merchandise (GM) Management

  • Oversee the General Merchandise department.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, replenishment, and merchandising.
  • Ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with promotional activity.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to grow the department.

Social Media Support

  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content for the store's social media platforms.
  • Promote weekly specials, community events, and in-store activities.
  • Capture photos and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Help maintain a positive and professional online presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supermarket, retail, or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using retail systems.
  • Interest in social media and digital marketing.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start at 5:00am.

Days and Hours: Sunday to Thursday 5.00am – 2.00pm.
