We are currently looking for a produce loving team player to join our tight knit Produce Team so we can continue to provide our community with an exceptional shopping experience. The role at a glance:

• Inspecting, preparing and moving product from our storeroom into the shop
• Accurately displaying product, ensuring that shelves are full and faced up accordingly
• Working to the FIFO method to ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practice guidelines
• Assisting customers with their queries during operating hours
• Maintaining the safety and well-being of yourself, the team and our customers at all times
• Assisting across other areas of the store as required

• Be a reliable person with great time management
• Be detail focused and have an eye for presentation
• Have a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Be physically fit - this role requires you to be on your feet, and repeatedly moving crates / bags of produce that can weigh up to 20kg
• Follow health and safety policy, food safety policy and compliance procedures in the store
• Hold a current forklift license (F-endorsed preferred)
• Ideally have previous Produce 2IC experience, however full training will be given to the right candidate
