We’re looking for an experienced Produce 2IC/Assistant Manager who’s hungry to take that next step. With our current Produce Manager having an end date in sight, this role is a clear pathway to stepping into the Manager position in the near future.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the floor and leading the team day-to-day
• Taking full ownership in the manager’s absence
• Driving presentation, availability, and standards
• Managing ordering, stock levels, and waste
• Keeping the department commercially sharp

What we need from you:

• Solid experience as a Produce 2IC or similar fresh foods leadership role
• Confidence leading a team and making decisions
• Strong eye for detail and high standards
• Good understanding of GP, stock control, and performance
• Someone proactive who wants to step up — not sit back
