Love fresh food, great standards, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do? We’re looking for a Produce Assistant Manager (2IC) to help keep our Produce department running smoothly and looking fantastic.
This is a full‑time, hands‑on role, working alongside our Produce Manager and Fresh Foods Manager. You’ll be involved in the day‑to‑day operation of the department and play an important part in guiding the team and setting the standard on the floor. Evening and weekend work is part of the role.

Previous experience working in Produce is essential, allowing you to confidently support customers and promote seasonal produce.

- Ordering and stock management
- Leading and supporting team members
- Planning and delivering weekend promotions
- Working collaboratively with other departments
- Bringing our store purpose to life — delighting and inspiring customers by making it easy for them to get more out of life, while supporting our vision to be the ultimate foodies’ destination
About you
- Physically fit, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident working independently and making sound decisions
- Previous supervisory experience or similar, with the ability to step up when required
- A natural role model who sets clear expectations, supports the team, and takes ownership of the department’s success
