Produce Assistant Manager

We are seeking that special individual who will have the commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communication skills.  Reporting to the Produce Manager, they will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.  If successful you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Produce Department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.

This role ideally suits someone with current supervisory experience within a busy work environment and has a passion for developing staff and best practice leadership, while fully supporting the Produce Manager in all facets of day-to-day operations of a large supermarket produce section.
