Produce Assistant

FULL TIME PRODUCE ASSISTANT

A great opportunity has arisen for someone to join us at PAK'NSAVE ROTORUA.  The role of a produce assistant is primarily to pack, present and merchandise produce while keeping the department clean, tidy and well presented.  You will have amazing customer service skills and a desire to move up the ladder as this position could move into a supervisory role.  You will be working a 45 hour a week roster with Friday's and Saturday's off.  Shifts to be discussed at the interview but will involve early morning starts and later finishes over your working week.

• Good communication skills.
• To be physically fit as this role requires manual handling.
• The ability to work in cold conditions.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• An eye for detail and presentation.
• Absolute reliability.
• A dedication to Food Safety and Health and Safety.

Desired but not essential

• Forklift licence - we will help you with this if you don't currently have one.
• SAP experience - we will train you up on this so you will need to know your way around a computer.
