Hours: Tuesday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Friday & Saturday 7:00am – 4:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

What You'll Be Doing

• Replenishing and rotating fresh fruit and vegetables to maintain exceptional freshness and quality
• Creating and maintaining attractive displays that inspire customer purchases
• Ensuring department presentation standards are met throughout the day
• Reducing waste through effective stock management and rotation practices
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health and safety compliance
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Working closely with the Produce team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Supporting the department during key trading periods and seasonal events

• Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
• Has excellent attention to detail and notices things others may miss
• Works efficiently without compromising standards
• Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
• Is reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day ready to contribute
• Is physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg and being on their feet for extended periods
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying active throughout the day
• Understands the important role Produce plays in the overall customer experience
