PAK'nSAVE Gisborne | Permanent Full-Time Position (Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week) | $27 - $30 per hour

PAK'nSAVE Gisborne is looking for a Qualified Butcher or Experienced Knife Hand to join our busy Butchery team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career with a locally owned business that values hard work, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cutting meat to departmental and customer specifications.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
- Assisting with stock management and product replenishment.
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistently excellent shopping experienWhat We're Looking For
- Qualified butcher, or at least 6 months' experience working as a knife hand in a commercial meat processing or retail butchery environment.
- Sound knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and handling practices.
- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
