Qualified Butcher

We are looking for a qualified butcher to join our Butchery Team who has excellent work ethics, reliable, physically fit and an excellent team player.

Tasks include ensuring all appropriate cuts of meat are available for customer purchase through effective and efficient breaking, boning, slicing and cutting of identified carcasses; packing up meat as required; preparing specific customer orders / requests and handling appropriate customer enquiries.

We require a Meat Retailing Trade Certificate or completion of Butchery Apprenticeship. Experience in a supermarket is preferred. Successful applicants must display excellent communication skills, high presentation standards and honesty.

We need someone who can and willing to work as early as 5.30AM and on weekend days. Full roster will be discussed during interview.
