Qualified / Experienced Baker

Our stunning store, in the heart of the magical Mangawhai community, has been operating since October 2022. 

With grocery, butchery, seafood, deli, bakery, produce, liquor, chilled and frozen, online and checkout departments in a beautiful new store, we are bringing a new era of shopping to our wonderful customers.

Are you a Qualified / Experienced Bakery with a passion for baking and developing new offerings?

Baker Role:

• Prepare, bake, and produce all bakery offerings as required, especially focusing on a great range of breads
  
• Provide full range whilst maintaining quality
• Ensure high presentation standards for the bakery department & store
• Maintain daily operation in collaboration with the Bakery Manager
• Ensure the H&S, Food Safety and store procedures are strictly followed

• Pay rate based on skills and experience - ranging from approximately $28-$30 per hour

What are we looking for:

• 5+ years Baker experience preferred
• Industry qualification preferred but not essential if experienced
• Strong work ethic
• Keen learner
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confidence & maturity to work unassisted at times
